- Sixth child of the late Motlhanka Moilwa, brother to the late Kgosi Martin Moilwa, reflecting a strong lineage of traditional leadership.
- Assumed chieftaincy as Headman of Arbitration in April 2025, succeeding his late uncle, Mr. Bogatsu Moilwa.
- Serves as Headman of Goora-Moilwa Kgotla, facilitating communication, dispute resolution, and community decision-making. Acts as first point of contact for community matters and plays a key role in mobilising the community and bridging government policies with local needs.
- Responsible for preserving cultural identity and presiding over traditional ceremonies, including weddings, funerals, and other community events.
- Focused on balancing modern dynamics with cultural traditions to promote unity, inclusivity, and sustainable development within Goora-Moilwa Ward.
